3. Use of Services & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services.
• Using the AI agents to transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or fraudulent content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the source code of our platform.
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged as described on our Pricing page. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Merakle.ai are the property of RUSHITRAYA AI (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUSHITRAYA AI (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
